界溪的源头在村境之内，村名由溪名而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1933年此处称上溪保，隶属东平镇。1953年设界溪乡，归第三区；1958年改为界溪大队，1968年起归东平公社；1984年方改为行政村。[1]
