熊山街道是福建省南平市政和县的一个街道，位于县境中部，为县委、县人民政府所在地。[1][2]

街道原为熊山镇，2006年7月改设街道，现辖3个行政村和12个居民委员会（社区）。境内的熊山、七星溪，以及云根书院、乾清坤宁宝塔等古迹，是街道的主要自然与人文景观。[1][4][5]

历史沿革[edit]

街道之名得自驻地附近的黄熊山。北宋咸平三年（公元1000年）此地已是关隶县的治所。[1][4]

民国时期此地设城厢镇。1950年7月设星溪镇，次年撤销后改设3个街；1954年4月设城关镇，1958年9月改为红专人民公社。1960年2月政和、松溪两县合并，城关公社改称熊山公社。[1][4]

1965年7月又设城关镇，1968年5月撤销并入城关公社。1980年8月复设城关镇，1981年7月改称熊山镇，下辖3个村、4个居委会。[1][4]

1998年和2001年，元峰庄与新南庄两个居委会先后设立。2006年7月，熊山镇改设街道办事处，办公地在县城胜利街330号。[1][4]

地理环境[edit]

街道位于东经118°48′53″至118°52′56″、北纬27°20′47″至27°23′8″之间，东、南、北三面与星溪乡相邻，西与石屯镇接壤。[1]

区域面积22.19平方千米（2006年），林地面积1373.8公顷（2006年）。矿产资源以金、铁为主。[2][4]

七星溪自东向西穿过街道全境，两岸土壤肥沃，多为双季稻田。熊山是政和主山，现为森林公园，塔山、飞凤山环绕四周。[4]

气候属中亚热带季风气候，年平均气温18.4℃，无霜期262天，年平均降水量1680毫米。[4]

人口民族[edit]

2005年底，全街道总户数12276户，总人口35977人，其中农业人口6010人。[2]

2011年末，街道总人口为40061人。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

云根书院在县城南部，北宋时朱松任政和县尉期间创办，其子朱熹幼年随父在此读书。书院屡次迁建，现址为第七次易址重建，2004年8月动工，2006年10月竣工。2015年列为县级文物保护单位。[3][6][7]

乾清坤宁宝塔为明代石构佛塔，明英宗正统四年（1439年）十二月建造，由刑部右侍郎吴廷用主持。塔原建在官湖村东南方向约500米处，佛字山东北侧临河的崖壁上。1982年山体崩塌危及塔身，塔被拆下向西南方向重建，迁移约200米。[8][9]

塔为石构仿楼阁式实心塔，六角七层，通高8米，塔身共浮雕佛像42尊，为县级文物保护单位。[9]

七星塔在官湖村的佛子山塔山公园内，时代为清代，为县级文物保护单位。[4][10]

陈桓墓为清代墓葬，据博雅地名网位于稻香村，为县级文物保护单位。[11]

政和县革命烈士陵园在南门社区的飞凤山公园内，始建于1964年，为县级文物保护单位。[12][13]
