路桥村位于松溪县西部，距县城三十三公里，离乡政府二十公里，地处松溪、建阳、浦城三县（市）的交界一带，是革命老区村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村名曾写作路下、路下桥，因地处一座桥的下方，遂称路桥。[1]
革命历史[edit]
1929年6月19日，路下桥“民众会”在此发源，村中现有一座革命纪念馆。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村落源于宋代，隶属崇仁乡庆原里十八都。1935年设路下保，1949年成为村。1950年改为大路乡，1954年又称路桥乡，归花桥区。1958年5月这里先称大路乡，同年10月又改为路桥大队，归东风公社；1961年成为路桥小公社，1966年以大队身份归花桥公社。1984年起大队改为村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，路桥村获列为「2021年度南平市“绿盈乡村”中级版村庄」；2022年10月，福建省农业农村厅将路桥村定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
