官后村位于省道302沿线，与花桥乡政府所在地相邻，距松溪县城十二公里。村中有下洋水库和水厂。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村名旧作“管后”。明嘉靖年间，金鉴任浙江杭州府训导，他的儿子在此定居、管理田产，于是把“管后”改为“官后”。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代起，村落隶属善政乡杉溪里八都。1949年归花桥乡，1952年另设官后乡，归花桥区；1956年改为官后村，仍在花桥乡内。1958年并入东风公社，1962年成立官后大队，归花桥公社。1984年政社分开，大队改为村。[1]
