吴屯村位于茶平乡南部，距松溪县城约10千米。县里自2009年起将它定为社会主义新农村建设的中心村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据传，最早是吴姓族人在此定居，村名由此而来。[1]

宋代此村已经存在，所属为东平乡东关里四都。民国时编入第四联保，之后划为茶平乡吴屯保。1950年改称吴屯村，归茶平乡管辖；1958年并入红旗公社，成为吴屯大队；1961年仍是吴屯大队，改属茶平公社；1984年恢复乡制，大队改为村。[1]

2019年，村子搬迁至村内的三叉路口一带。[1]
