林下村位于茶平乡北部，距松溪县城约6千米，与河东乡相邻，是老区革命基点村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此村的历史可上溯到宋朝，当时隶属东平乡东关里四都。民国年间编入第四联保，之后归茶坪乡林下保管辖。1950年它成为㮐坪乡的林下村；1958年划入红旗公社，成为茶平大队的一部分；1961年改属茶平公社，称林下大队；1984年恢复乡制，大队随即改为村。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

林下乘驷桥位于村子西北约2000米处，在松溪通往政和的省道北侧。此桥初建于南宋建炎年间（1127—1130年），原为石拱廊屋桥。其后屡遭洪水破坏：明宣德三年（1428年）修复，宣德七年（1432年）又被冲毁，正统年间（1436—1449年）再度重建。现廊屋已毁，此桥被公布为县级文物保护单位。[2]

文化[edit]

林下村经福建省农业农村厅认定，于2022年12月列为「2022年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」，产业为茶叶。[1]
