万前村位于松溪县城西南方，距县城23公里，村北红壤中的甘蔗林被列为「全国重要农业文化遗产」。[1][3]

地名与沿革[edit]

村子最初称孟前，是水路进入松溪的第二个村庄。“孟”与“迈”读音相近，又称迈前。后因王家有“百万富翁”之称，改名万前，当地方言仍称孟前。[1]

甘蔗林与制糖[edit]

村北红壤中的甘蔗林，据载始于清雍正四年（1726年）栽下的甘蔗种苗，这片甘蔗林被列为「全国重要农业文化遗产」。[3]

村中的古法糖寮保留十二道工序，沿用清代《闽产录异》所记的制糖技艺，包括石碾压榨、连环锅熬煮和木模定形。[3]

武举人府[edit]

武举人府的府邸主人为清光绪年间的武举人王肇丰，占地约2664平方米，木质夯土结构，坐东朝西。府前有演武场，西院设藏书阁。[3][4]

村辖4个村民小组，共204户，785人，其中党员31人。耕地894亩，山林8100亩，山林包括生态林、国有林与林业公司林。上述数字为博雅地名网所载，未注明年份。[1][2]

2020年12月，村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」；2021年12月，被确定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」，并认定为「2021年度南平市绿盈乡村中级版村庄」。[1]
