青山村位于政和、建阳、花桥三地交界的高山区，海拔780米，距郑墩镇22公里，是革命老区的基点村。[1]

地名与沿革[edit]

村子位于高山密林之中，树木花草四季常青，故称青山。[1]

村落的起源可追溯到宋朝，隶属善政乡杉溪里十六都。[1]

1941年，村归第二区署郑墩乡管辖，为其中的青山保。1952年成为第五区郑墩区下的青山乡；1960年设郑墩公社青山大队；1984年10月，大队改为村。[1]

村辖青山、邝厝、北孟际、底垅四个自然村，全村139户，总人口587人，数字未注明年份。[1]

全村总面积26251.9亩，其中耕地7748亩，林地约2393.5亩。[1]
