洋墩村位于郑墩镇东北部，与集镇相连，距松溪县城十公里，县道830线穿村而过。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
相传黄氏祖先在此开基建屋，初名黄墩。因方言中“黄”与“洋”读音相近，后写作洋墩。[1]
村落的起源可上溯到宋朝，隶属善政乡杉溪里九都。[1]
1941年，此地为第二区署郑墩乡下的洋墩保。1954年划为第五区郑墩区的洋墩乡。1960年设郑墩公社洋墩大队，1984年10月改为村。[1]
村域与人口[edit]
村辖洋墩、陈源、小溪尾、东梨、岩前、边洋六个自然村，共425户，人口1713人。博雅地名网所载人口未注明年份。[1]
土地面积6.7平方千米，其中林地约5475亩，耕地约2073亩，毛竹约980亩，茶园约100亩。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
村党支部于2009年获郑墩镇党委授予「先进党支部」，2010年获县委授予同名称号，2011年由南平市委评为「先进基层党组织」。[2]
