松源街道是福建省南平市松溪县下辖的街道，地处松溪盆地腹地，县人民政府就设在这里。[1][4] 1940年设松源镇，2008年撤镇改设街道。[2][3] 街道内的奎光塔为宋代始建的古塔，北门烈士陵园与九龙窑是县级文物保护单位。[3][4]

历史沿革[edit]

此地古称“五斗金”。北宋开宝八年（975年）县治迁入东关里，此地属东平乡；宋开禧元年（1205年）划为城厢，此后一直沿用至清末。[3]

1928年此地归坊区，其后改属大布区。1940年设立松源镇，隶属城关区。1949年9月镇名改为城关镇；1956年又称建设镇，1958年10月建设镇撤并，组建红旗人民公社。[3]

1962年8月改称松源公社，1966年又改为城关公社；1980年8月重设城关镇，直到1984年10月才定名松源镇。[3]

2008年，省政府批准撤销松源镇，改设松源街道办事处。[2]

人口[edit]

2000年第五次全国人口普查时，松源镇的总人口为33201人。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

奎光塔位于县城西郊，矗立于松溪河与浦赛公路交汇处的虎头岩上。清道光五年（1825年）此塔曾经重修；《松溪县志》所记其始建时间为宋咸淳年间（1274年前后）。塔为七层六面，高二十三米，是县重点保护文物。[4]

北门烈士陵园位于北门村，时代为1964年，被公布为县级文物保护单位。[4]

西门村内的九龙窑是宋代窑址，同样被公布为县级文物保护单位。[4]
