历史沿革[edit]

早年村域归永德里二十三都。民国时期隶属三区夫人乡；1950年并入新甸区，设西口乡；1952年改隶司前区；1958年改为西口大队，归司前公社；1984年划入司前乡，设西口村民委员会。[1]
