大洋坪村位于崇仁镇内，辖7个自然村和9个村民小组，村名取自村中地势宽广平坦的场地。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
「大」字形容地势宽广，「洋坪」指地形平坦、面积开阔的场地，村名由此而来。[1]
1958年设大队，1984年改设为村。[1]
2020年2月，村庄列入「福建省第三批省级传统村落」名单。2022年10月，该村获省农业农村厅认定，列入「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

村域耕地约1602亩，山林约39820亩，村民收入以种植烟叶和林业为主。[1]
