地理环境[edit]
村子东面与中坊村相连，南面与邵武市的沿山村接壤，西面与黄溪、双门村比邻，北面与大陂村、武林村及茶果场交界。土地面积4030.78公顷，其中耕地3209亩，林地60023亩。[1][2]
村名的由来，据博雅地名网，是因为在土地面积较大的地方养羊，聚集而成村落。[1]
人口民族[edit]
博雅地名网载，全村有359户、1536人，辖10个自然村、13个村民小组，未注明年份。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
白云峰风景区位于村子东南部，属县级风景名胜区，范围约5平方千米，主峰海拔1098米。沿途可见白云亭、试心石、叠水瀑布，山顶另有三嵊庙。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1979年时此地是大羊生产大队，1984年10月起改为村。[1]
文化[edit]
大羊村于2021年11月获省爱卫办评为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
