白门楼村是光泽县止马镇下辖的行政村，与止马、岛石、亲睦三村相邻，镇内几处村落之间往来，大多要经过这里。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村名出自一座旧建筑。据博雅地名网，旧时官兵的家属不便住进衙门，便在衙门右侧建起一座高大的白色楼房，百姓称之为「白门楼」，村子因此得名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

白门楼村的前身是止马公社白门楼粮种场，1976年成立，当时承担双早常规品种的繁育。1984年粮种场改为村。[1]

地理与人口[edit]

村落面积2平方公里；村中住着1024人，共233户，分为7个村民小组（博雅地名网，未注明年份）。[1][2]

村中山林面积大于耕地，经济以林业、茶叶和烟叶为主，另有竹林与药材种植。[2]
