寨里镇是福建省南平市光泽县下辖的镇，位于县境中北部，镇政府驻寨里街，距县城23公里。[1][2] 全镇辖16个行政村，境内有高家水库，武夷山国家级自然保护区的一部分也在镇辖区内。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

地名来自镇政府的所在地：镇政府驻小寺洲村的寨里组，旧时村口筑有寨，寨分里外，故称寨里。此地原叫茶壶，因盛产茶叶改称茶富，镇曾一度称茶富公社。[2][4]

明清两代以都图编户，此地的村落分隶招贤、永德、崇仁三里，涉及二十至二十二都及二十八、二十九都。民国时归新甸区管辖。新中国成立后先后划为第三区，又改第四区、第五区。[3]

1956年起以茶富区为名。1958年7月组建红星人民公社，次年改名茶富人民公社。1961年8月改设工作委员会，统辖儒州、桥亭、梅溪、茶富四个小公社；1963年6月取消工委，区的建制得以恢复。1964年撤区，重组为茶富人民公社。[3]

1984年9月改设寨里乡，1993年7月11日撤乡建镇，定名寨里镇。[2] 2021年底，全镇辖16个村民委员会。[3]

地理环境[edit]

镇域位于光泽县北部偏中，东面与建阳市接壤，东北边紧靠司前乡，西侧与西北侧同江西省的资溪县、贵溪市、铅山县相望。[1]

镇域面积有两说：博雅地名网在概况中记为总面积666平方公里；快懂百科记行政区域面积为72410公顷。两说均未注明年份。[1][2]

境内属中低山地貌，平均海拔356米。东、西、北三面山势高峻，中南部则为山间河谷盆地。镇内最高处为诸母岗海，海拔1835.5米；最低处位于桃林村，海拔275米。[1]

据快懂百科，镇境为亚热带季风气候，年平均气温17.7℃。[1]

北溪属闽江水系，是镇内主要河流，流经儒州、桥亭、茶富、小寺洲等村。山头溪属长江水系，发源于甄盖山，流出镇界后进入江西省。[1]

矿产方面，石英石、萤石、钾长石、花岗岩和高岭土都有产出，属非金属类资源。[1]

环境保护部于2014年6月授予寨里镇「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[4]

2021年2月，寨里镇列入「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单；2023年2月，又入选「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡镇」名单。[4]

据快懂百科，寨里镇曾连续两届获省级先进基层党组织称号，另获省级信用镇、省级宣传文化示范乡镇等称号，并多次被评为省级文明乡镇。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

大洲国共谈判旧址位于大洲村，原是一所民房。1937年10月1日，在此进行的会谈，一方是中共闽赣省委的黄知真、邱子明，另一方是江西省国民党当局派出的周中恂、高楚衡；双方商定「停止内战、抗日救亡」并达成协议。协议结束了闽赣地区三年的游击战争，使闽北形成抗日民族统一战线。[7][12]

旧址于1990年按原貌重修，2007年进行第二次修葺，1996年被确定为市级爱国主义教育基地，2008年又被确定为省级国防教育基地。[11]

山头村的镇江府又名太史第，清道光十七年（1837年）建成。2009年，福建省政府将它列为第七批省级文物保护单位。其附属的龚氏宗祠建于清嘉庆十二年（1807年）。[8][5][1]

桃林村的桃林蔡氏宗祠建于清代，是县级文物保护单位。[9][5]

太银村的火烧关年代为唐代，为县级文物保护单位。[10][5]

光泽县天池水利风景区位于寨里镇。区内高家水库以防洪、灌溉为主，同时发挥旅游、休闲、观光与供水的作用；天池景区位于中部海拔800至1000米一带，多处瀑布集中于此，三叠瀑、千尺瀑即在其间。[6]
