杭川镇是福建省南平市光泽县下辖的镇，位于县境东南部，县人民政府驻地也在镇内。[1][8] 北宋太平兴国四年（979年）光泽设县，县治自此设在杭川，镇境因而又称「在都」。[5] 全镇下辖11个社区；镇政府于1994年3月从杭中一带迁至镇岭街。[4][5]
历史沿革[edit]
北宋设县以后，杭川一直是光泽县的县治所在。按都图制，这里属一都；因县治直辖，人们又称它「在都」，辖城内八坊和城郊三图。[4][5]
1933年，光泽县苏维埃政府驻在这里。[5][7] 民国二十九年（1940年）设杭川镇公所，属崇仁区，这是杭川镇建制的开端。[5]
1950年杭川镇归崇仁区管辖。1951年2月镇建制取消，杭东、杭中、杭西三街各设人民政府，归城关区管辖；1953年7月三街合并为镇，仍归城关区。1958年10月组建杭川人民公社，1972年2月改称杭川镇，为县属直辖镇。[1][5] 1981年1月，镇革命委员会改称镇人民政府。[1]
镇岭居民委员会是1980年11月增设的。截至2005年，全镇有5个社区居民委员会；2021年底，全镇辖11个社区居委会。[5] 百度百科截至2020年6月的数字也是11个社区。[1]
2021年2月，杭川镇上榜「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单；2025年3月，杭川镇被命名为「第七届全国文明村镇」。[3]

杭川镇位于光泽县东南部。据博雅地名网，镇名取自它所在的位置，即杭溪（又称西溪）一带。[3]
镇域面积，百度百科记为3.78平方千米，博雅地名网则记为约13平方千米，两说均未注明年份。[1][3] 境内有鹰厦铁路光泽站，维基百科在本镇条目下列出了它。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]
「光泽县苏维埃政府旧址」在二一七路，占地228平方米，是西洋式两层楼房，原为光绪二年（1876年）建成的一座天主教堂。1933年10月，县苏维埃首次工农兵代表会议在此召开，闽赣省委派代表毛泽民到场指导。[7] 2013年，该旧址被列为福建省第八批省级文物保护单位，划定的保护范围为四周各外延10米。[6][7]
「闽赣省光泽县委、县苏维埃政府旧址」位于光泽县政府大院，为县级文物保护单位。[6][8]
「茶市“展览馆”民居」位于茶市街，时代为清代，为县级文物保护单位。[6] 「光泽革命烈士陵园」在中山台，时代为近现代；「杨孟龄民俗馆」在中山街，时代为清代；两者也都是县级文物保护单位。[6]
