姚宅村是福建省南平市浦城县官路乡的行政村，全村分为二十个村民小组，下辖十七个自然村。村名据传来自宋代一位姓姚的人物在此扎营，之后姚姓居民渐多。[1]

村域内耕地3102亩，山地26813亩。耕地主要种水稻，林地以杉木和竹为主；特产有山茶油、红辣椒和薏米。[2]

历史沿革[edit]
1984年改属官路乡，设姚宅村村民委员会。1961年官路公社设姚宅大队，1958年则为九牧公社资宅大队。1956年属九牧区高清乡，1952年属第九区高清乡，1951年属第八区官清乡。清代属毕岭里，民国时期属毕岭乡。[1]
