上黄处村是福建省南平市浦城县盘亭乡下辖的行政村，位于盘亭乡北部，处在闽、浙、赣三省交界点上。村中的三省亭曾可一眼望见三省。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村子在念坑上部，黄姓先人在此开基，故称上黄处。[1]

三省交界[edit]

晚清时，村民在交界处建起「三省亭」，亭中可一眼望见浙江、江西和福建三省。1985年，国家拨款重建三省界碑（亭），刻字为「福建、浙江、江西三省交界」，作为永久性标记。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属安乐里，民国时属棠秀乡，1951年划入第八区秀东乡；1952年改属第九区东峰乡，1956年归九牧区秀里乡，1958年并入九牧公社东峰大队。1961年另立上黄处大队，隶盘亭公社；1966年一度并入东峰大队，1981年又恢复为上黄处大队。1984年9月设上黄处村村民委员会，隶盘亭乡。[1][3]
