下洋坑村是福建省南平市浦城县盘亭乡下辖的行政村，驻地为下洋坑。全村辖13个村民小组、19个自然村，村内同时通行霞浦话、广丰话和浦城土话三种方言。[1]

地名由来[edit]

驻地古称霞阳坑。后人因书写简便，改称下洋坑；土地改革时期，村民仍沿用霞阳坑之名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代此地属安乐里，民国时属柳亭乡。此后先隶第八区、第九区的盆洲乡，1956年改属九牧区盘洲乡，1958年为九牧公社盘亭大队。1961年7月另设盘亭公社下洋坑大队；1984年盘亭乡设立，此地改为下洋坑村村民委员会。[1][3]

产业[edit]

村中山地较多，有毛竹林和油菜山，近年种植板栗，村内也有葛根加工厂。[1][2]
