水坪村是管厝乡下辖的行政村，位于浦城县北部，北与管厝村相连，西邻溪南村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，清乾隆年间，溪南一带洪水过后，原先的河道被泥沙填平，成为平地，村民由此建村[1]。民国时属溪南乡，1958年属仙阳公社，1961年另立水坪大队，1972年改属管厝公社，1984年设管厝乡水坪村村民委员会[1]。

福建省爱卫办在2021年11月宣布，水坪村获评「2021年福建省卫生村」[1]。
