毛墘村位于濠村乡西北部，与石陂镇南岸相邻，南浦溪贯穿全村，村子与205国道隔着南浦溪相望。全村辖5个自然村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历是：清初有一位放鸭人在田中高处的土墩上搭建茅草房居住，后来在此建村；当地人把高阜之地称为「墘」，村因而名为毛墘。[1]

解放前属水吉县回龙区濠村乡；建国初先后归水吉县第三区与回龙区管辖。1956年划入浦城县石陂区，1958年设毛墘大队，1961年改属濠村公社，1984年成立濠村乡毛墘村村民委员会。[1]

2021年12月，毛墘村入选「2021年度南平市绿盈乡村中级版村庄」名单。[1]

经济[edit]

村民收入以粮食和毛竹为主，并发展养殖，养殖的有生猪、白鹅、番鸭等。[1]
