黄坛村是浦城县枫溪乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境北部，村域面积9.08平方千米，东与永兴镇相连。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村民以黄姓为开基之族。村原名「黄潭际」，因村落临近河边一处小潭而得名。新中国成立初去掉“际”字，又以谐音将“潭”改为“坛”，遂称黄坛村。[1]

清代属新兴里，民国时属枫溪乡。1958年属临江公社，1961年属枫溪公社，1964年属山下公社，1981年改称山下公社黄坛大队。1984年改为山下乡所辖的黄坛村村民委员会，1986年又属枫溪乡。[1]
