黎处村在九牧镇东南，与官路乡毗邻，离镇政府约15公里。村落面积约7.69平方千米，海拔660米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1998年6月，黎处村村民委员会改属九牧镇。1984年，九牧乡改称黎处村村民委员会；1961年分出黎处大队，归九牧公社管辖；1958年属九牧公社；1956年属九牧区；1951年属第八区；民国时属毕岭乡。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村内有矿产，白鸣坞萤石矿已经开采。村道已硬化，交通便利。村中种植优质稻，也产红辣椒和酸腌菜。[1]
