际洋村位于忠信镇北端，是全镇北边的门户，与毛洋、高溪、雁塘三村相邻，北面与浙江省江山市、遂昌县接壤。村子最初位于石际岭下的一片小洋畈中，称际头洋，后省称际洋。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代隶忠信里，民国归忠信乡，1951年为第九区海溪乡的一部分，1956年归仙阳区海溪乡。1958年编入忠信公社的海溪大队，1960年11月另设际洋生产大队。1961年7月至1962年6月间属湖山公社。村委会后迁至际下，村名沿用未改。1984年起改为村民委员会建制，1993年改属忠信镇。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村内山地多，以林业为主要生计，山间溪流中有娃娃鱼栖息。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2017年8月，本村列入福建省第二批省级传统村落名录。2020年十一月，本村被列为南平市「绿盈乡村」中级版村庄（2020年度）。2021年十一月，省级爱卫部门将本村认定为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
