历史沿革[edit]
驻地凹头得名于桃弯尖山腰的山坳前。清代此地属新兴六图，民国时称凹头保。1950年隶属第四区，1957年5月划归永兴区，1958年9月归永兴公社。1961年7月另立凹头大队；1966年时，此地由永兴公社管辖。1984年成为永兴乡的凹头村委会，1993年8月定为今名。[1]
