名胜古迹[edit]
战争时期，红军干部陈桂芳曾在村南山峰的南金斗古庙中开展工作，指挥闽北一带的游击战争，村民供应红军所需物品[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
民国时属水北乡，1949年属第二区，1951年驻临江，1952年归第十三区，1956年改隶石陂区，1958年属水北公社，1961年自原大队析出设朱墩大队，仍属水北公社[1]。1981年起为水北街公社的朱墩大队，1984年设村民委员会，1993年乡改镇后仍称村民委员会[1]。
