际岭村是水北街镇东部的行政村，与松溪县渭田镇相邻，村名由来是村位于两条溪流的分水岭下[1]。博雅地名网记全村现有人口1200人（年份未注），下设8个自然村，村民小组11个，林地面积6.8万亩[2]。际岭村是老区基点村，革命战争年代有人在此开展游击战争[2]。2019年12月，村庄入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单；2020年12月，被确定为「福建省第一批高级版绿盈乡村」[1]。
名胜古迹[edit]
际岭绿乐园为「国家3A级旅游景区」，村中景点有竹海公园、百亩荷花基地与爱国主义教育基地等[3]。建松政独立营驻地旧址位于村中新寨岗东侧的攀嶽寺，为近现代遗址，博雅地名网载其为县级文物保护单位[2]。
