陈源村是水北街镇下辖的行政村，位于浦城县西部山区。建村时村中有一口井，初名井源，后因陈姓居住而改称陈源[1][2]。村中的陈源叶氏花厅为清代建筑，清道光二十八年（1848年）由富商叶琳生建成，2013年由福建省政府公布，列入「第八批省级文物保护单位」[3][5]。博雅地名网记全村人口855人、240户（年份未注），下设4个自然村，村民小组13个[2]。

名胜古迹[edit]

陈源叶氏花厅分东、西两院，两院之间以三孔石拱廊屋桥相隔，其风貌与闽北廊桥相一致，博雅地名网称其为福建省仅存的室内带廊桥建筑[5]。同在村内的昭卫灵侯庙建于清代，南平市名录将其列为县级文物保护单位[4]。

历史沿革[edit]

民国时属观前乡，1955年改隶临江区，1958年单设陈源大队，此后先后隶属观前公社与水北公社[1]。1981年起隶属水北街公社，1984年设村民委员会，1993年乡改镇后仍称陈源村村民委员会[1]。
