裴墩村是水北街镇下辖的行政村。村名的由来是过去村中裴姓居多，村口溪河边有石墩，故名[1]。1961年单独设立裴墩大队，1966年属水北公社，1981年起隶属水北街公社，1984年设村民委员会，1993年乡改镇后仍称裴墩村村民委员会[1]。
