水北街镇是南平市浦城县的一个镇，地处县境东南一带，南浦溪的中上游穿过镇域，全镇辖24个行政村[9]。2019年末的户籍人口为23174人[1]。境内的大口窑遗址是北宋中晚期开始烧造青白瓷的窑场，为省级文物保护单位[3][5]；曹村的云峰寺大殿保留明代建筑原构，属国家级文物保护单位[4][5]。

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期，境内分属孝悌里与上原里[2]；百度百科则作宋、明时期属上原里、孝梯里[1]。民国时期村落分属观前、水北等乡[2]。1958年设观前公社，1961年分出水北公社，1981年因与他处同名改称水北街公社，1984年改设乡，1993年建镇[1][2]。

地理环境[edit]

南浦溪自境内流过，据博雅地名网，镇所在地距县城25公里[2]。全镇面积，博雅地名网作约328平方公里，百度百科作344.12平方千米[1][2]，信息栏据百度百科。矿产有硫铁、萤石和铀矿[2]。

经济[edit]

农业以水稻为主，经济作物以烤烟为主，曾被认定为福建省的烟叶主产区之一[2]。林业上，松脂、油茶与桐油较为突出[2]。

名胜古迹[edit]

大口窑遗址在黄碧村后的山坡上，始烧于北宋中晚期，南宋兴盛，元代仍在烧造，产品远销海内外[3][6]。窑址堆积范围约5万平方米[3]，早在20世纪60年代已列为福建省首批省级文物之一[3]，2022年，窑场的青白瓷制作技艺进入「福建省第七批省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录」[3]。

曹村的云峰寺始建于唐贞观年间，现存大殿为明成化十八年（1482年）重修的殿阁式建筑，保留明代原构，属国家级文物保护单位[4][5]。

陈源村的陈源叶氏花厅建于清道光二十八年（1848年），由富商叶琳生所建，2013年由福建省人民政府列入「第八批省级文物保护单位」[7][6]。

金斗山在境内，海拔418米，俯临南浦溪，南宋的朱禀与明末的徐霞客都曾到访并留下诗文，山上原有金斗观，因此也称小武当山[8]。
