练村位于浦城县北部，在仙阳镇北侧，距仙阳约2公里，205国道沿村而过[1]。村子是五代时练寯的家乡，村中的八角井和圣母庙至今尚存[2][3]。村子于2021年11月获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村名来历：练氏在此开基，村为练夫人的故里，故得名[1]。此前古称练湖、莲花村石鼻：田园如湖，广种荷莲，故称莲花村；村形似象鼻，又称石鼻[2]。民国时隶属仙阳镇，此后曾改隶仙阳乡、管九乡等；1958年为仙阳公社高池大队，1981年改设练村大队，1984年改为现名[1]。
名胜古迹[edit]
练氏夫人故里在本村，时代为五代，已公布为县级文物保护单位[1]。村中的八角井相传与练氏夫人有关，至今仍在[2]。
著名人物[edit]
练寯，别名练玉姑，世称练氏夫人，生于练村，嫁与章仔钧为妻。章仔钧曾在浦城一带镇守，练寯曾救下因误期而当斩的将领边镐、王建封[3]。南唐将领攻打建州的战事中（后晋开运元年，即944年），她凭旧日的救命之恩劝阻屠城，城中百姓得以保全，建州人因此称她“芝城之母”[3]。她卒于后周广顺二年（952年）的建州，葬于芝山[3]。
