历史沿革[edit]
1984年改设为石陂镇申明村村民委员会。1961年本村称申明大队，仍属石陂公社；1958年已归石陂公社；1956年划入石陂区石陂镇；1950年属第四区；民国时期隶属石陂乡。[1]
2022年10月，本村经福建省农业农村厅认定，成为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]同年12月，该厅把本村确定为「2022年度福建省一村一品专业村」，产品为优质稻。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村域疆域面积11035.7亩，山地6059.9亩，森林覆盖率74.3%。全村下辖五个自然村，设八个村民小组。[1]
