瑞安村是富岭镇的行政村，村委会驻瑞安。村子地势低平，东溪从村头弯曲西流，常受水患，旧称水湾，后改用谐音的「瑞安」。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代属泰宁里，民国属瑞安乡，之后隶属富岭乡、瑞安乡。1958年为富岭公社的瑞安大队，1961年划归大庄公社，1962年回到富岭公社，1984年改为今名。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
「瑞安季氏宗祠」建于清代，年代记为1828年，为县级文物保护单位。[1]

2012年，村内有750户农家，人口2499人，其中872人外出。[1]
