靖坑村是富岭镇的行政村，村驻靖坑。村子原名郑坑，因村中郑姓居多，又多山坑，故得此名；后因「郑」与「靖」同音，改称靖坑。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属大石里，民国属高泉乡，其后曾归山路乡管辖。1958年成为富岭公社富官大队的一部分；1962年分出靖坑大队，划归山路公社，1965年回到富岭公社。1984年改设靖坑村民委员会。[1]

2022年10月，村里入选2022年度南平市「绿盈乡村」中级版村庄名单。[1]

村域下辖靖坑上村、靖坑下村、东洋等12个自然村，编为13个村民小组。[1]

2012年，村内人口1630人，其中530人外出。[1]
