长滩村是富岭镇的行政村，村委会驻上长滩。村名来自东溪流经此地时转了三道弯，在两岸形成一段漫长的沙滩。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代属高泉里，民国属山路乡，之后隶属高泉乡、山路乡与富官乡等。1958年为富岭公社富官大队的一部分，1961年分出长滩大队，属山路公社；1966年回到富岭公社，1984年改为今名。[1]

2021年11月，村里获福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]

村内下设上长滩、下长滩2个自然村，共编3个村民小组。[1]
