河滨街道是福建省南平市浦城县下辖的街道，位于县城南郊，紧依南浦溪，2005年由原水南乡改设。街道因临近南浦溪而得名，境内多盆地与丘陵。辖区内有三山会馆、宋贤真夫子祠等文物古迹。[1][2][3][5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

境内自宋至清称南隅里，俗称水南街，民国时先后属文通镇和体仁镇。1950年归第二区管辖，1958年划入城郊（东风）人民公社。1960年，水南生产大队与县农场合并，组成地方国营水南综合农场；1972年成立水南乡人民公社，1975年农场复名，1977年起改用村头公社的名称，直到1984年9月才重设水南乡人民政府。[3]

1933年（民国二十二年）境内辟出一处飞机场。1944年夏，第三十二集团军总司令部驻于水南天后宫。[3]

2005年12月31日，水南乡改设河滨街道办事处。原水南乡的水南、下水南、北山排、宝山、李梅五个村，以及原南浦镇的爱民、胜利、建设三个居委会，组成了街道的辖区。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

街道位于县境中部、县城南郊，呈东西向延伸，东西长12.5公里、南北宽5公里，总面积约18.76平方千米。东面与富岭镇接壤，西面是莲塘镇，西南一侧靠着万安乡，北边隔南浦溪与南浦街道相对。[1][3]

境内地形以盆地和丘陵为基本格局。水南畈与下水南畈两块河谷盆地合计3438.75亩。盆地低处海拔228米，山区高处达240米。[3]

人口[edit]

1990年第四次人口普查时，水南乡登记为2167户、8466人。到2000年11月1日的第五次人口普查，统计结果为9603人。2005年，县里给出的河滨街道数字为9982户、33522人，男性为16671人。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

三山会馆坐落在城区西南，位于交通路与和平路的交会处附近。会馆由旅居浦城的福州同乡建造，名称取自福州的别称「三山」。约始建于清代中期，光绪三十三年（1907年）重修。大殿居中，前设拜亭，拜亭之前依次为天井、戏台与门楼，两侧有厢房和钟鼓楼。2009年，它被定为第七批省级文物保护单位，由福建省人民政府公布。[4][5]

宋贤真夫子祠位于河滨街道爱民社区，地址为龙潭门23号。祠宇祭祀南宋理学家真德秀，始建于宋嘉定十四年（1221年）。明洪武九年（1376年）在旧址重建，现存前殿与正殿为清同治年间遗构。1994年，该祠列入浦城县第二批县级文物保护单位。[6][7]

登瀛门与龙潭门的年代为清代，同为县级文物保护单位，也位于爱民社区。[8]

圆通塔为元代所建的七级砖塔，塔下有圆通寺院。民国三十三年（1944年），该塔被三十二集团军拆毁。[3]

沿南浦溪一带有观澜亭、南浦绿波、白云潭、龙潭石与猪头岩等景观。[3]
