历史沿革[edit]
解放前，此地属建瓯县。1951年土改时划归花桥乡，1953年设立小筒乡，属建瓯县房村区。1956年，小筒乡并入南雅区，1958年组建小筒大队，归南雅区的红专公社。1964年建西县设立后，村归高阳公社。建西县于1970年撤销，村划归顺昌县。1984年改为小筒村民委员会，隶属高阳乡。[1][2]
人口与土地[edit]
全村306户，总人口1217人。[1] 百度百科所载户籍人口也是1217人。[2] 土地总面积为29820亩；林地21725亩里，毛竹林8155亩、经济林1200亩；另有耕地1080亩。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年11月，小筒村被认定为2024年度福建省「一村一品」专业村，主导产品为锥栗。[1]
革命历史[edit]
村中的宇历自然村是革命老区基点村。[3]
