土丰村在埔上镇中部，村名寓意田地和农作物丰收。村内共辖7个自然村：土丰、沙口、前山、洛元、水东、洋府、尾村。村部设在土丰主村。[1]

2023年10月，土丰村入选「2023年度南平市绿盈乡村中级版村庄」名单。[1]

村内沙口自然村有沙口吉祥寺，时代为明代，列为县级文物保护单位。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时村子属招仁乡昏田都。1940年设沙口乡，1948年称沙洛堡，驻地在沙口。1952年仍归沙口乡，隶第三区。1959年设沙口大队，属大干公社；1961年划入大布公社，1966年并入埔上公社。1978年改称土丰大队，1984年起称土丰村民委员会，归埔上乡管辖。[1]
