上凤村是洋口镇下辖的行政村，位于富屯溪畔，316国道穿村而过，地势平坦，距县城约3公里。村名来源于周边住宅的布局形似凤凰觅食。全村有7个村民小组。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1954年以前，上凤堡属城关一区管辖；1954年成立初级社，划归洋口二区；1958年成立上凤大队，属石溪公社；1966年改属洋口公社；1984年改为上凤村民委员会，隶属洋口镇。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
洋口狮峰寺位于上凤村，建于清代，为县级文物保护单位。[1][2][3]
荣誉[edit]
2023年10月，上凤村被列入「2023年度南平市绿盈乡村中级版村庄」名单。[1]
