洋口镇位于福建省南平市顺昌县东南部，镇区距县城约12公里，富屯溪自西向东穿境而过，东南与延平区峡阳镇、沙县高桥镇相邻。镇名原作上洋，上世纪三十年代是闽北水路上的中转码头和物资集散地。全镇辖2个社区和14个行政村，1933年中国工农红军东方军曾驻扎于此，镇区留有多处革命遗址，近年来以红色旅游为发展重点。[1][3][5]

历史沿革[edit]

洋口一带的建制最早见于明代，当时属瓯宁县温柔乡高阳里。清末未设行政厅，直属延平府；民国初年先作为建瓯县县佐管辖之地，民国十八年（1929年）改为建瓯县第八区。[3]

抗战时期，福州一带居民经闽江迁来，在洋口定居，形成了福州方言岛，也带动了当地的文化与商贸。[1]

1959年1月设洋口人民公社，1984年7月改设镇人民政府。[1][3]

上世纪三十年代，洋口是将乐、建宁、泰宁、邵武、顺昌等地水路的中转码头，民间称之为「小福州」。县政府网站称，当时它与漳州石码、莆田涵江、福安赛岐并列为福建的四大名镇。[1][2]

1931年5月，中央红军一、三团经顺昌进入洋口一带开展活动。1933年8月，东方军进驻洋口，在镇上建立苏维埃政府，并组织了赤色职工联合会、农会和青年团组织。东方军在洋口停留约39天，为中央苏区筹集了法币、食盐、煤油和武器等物资。[2]

1938年，项南在洋口组建抗敌剧团并担任团长，编印《顺昌抗敌日报》，并借助英华学校和胡文虎小学开展抗日宣传。[1]

地理环境[edit]

县政府网站记镇域面积为142.5平方千米，百度百科记为139平方千米。[1][5] 镇境有鹰厦铁路，316国道与宁光高速延顺段也经过镇区一带；镇区距宁光高速入口约4公里，距沙县机场64.6公里。[1]

镇域内森林覆盖率为78.11%，森林蓄积量为55.3万立方米。[1]

全镇耕地面积14773.5亩，其中划为基本农田的有9748.64亩。[1]

镇上有企业41家，其中规模以上工业企业8家，行业以矿产、电力与建材为主。农业方面，全镇有21个农民专业合作社或特色产业基地，涵盖蔬菜、食用菌、杉木育苗与油茶种植等。[1]

县政府网站的乡镇概况（2025年1月1日发布，正文未注明统计年份）载，全镇常住人口10073人，户籍人口17354人，登记人口21467人。[1] 百度百科记2019年末户籍人口为17074人。[5]

名胜古迹[edit]

洋口红色旅游小镇位于镇区，县政府网站称其为国家3A级旅游景区。小镇内的革命旧迹有东方军政治部旧址，还有项南抗敌剧团的演出地、洋口苏维埃政府旧址，以及毛泽民的居处和彭德怀的办公旧址；另建有红色洋口记忆馆和长江支队纪念园。[1][6]

其中东方军政治部旧址为县级文物保护单位，年代记为近现代；彭德怀办公遗址与毛泽民旧居的年代记为1933年，项南抗敌剧目演出遗址的年代记为1933年至1938年，三处均为县级文物保护单位。[4]

顺昌天后宫位于镇境内的公路旁，始建于清末。殿宇现存三层，一层祭祀妈祖，二层为道观，三层供奉观音。文革期间殿宇受到破坏，后因修建铁路和拓宽公路，庙宇向内迁移。[4]

天台山风景区距镇区约10公里，山顶海拔1078米，山上有成片的古银杏，博雅地名网称之为福建省最大的古银杏群。山间有飞来石、龙龟洞、钟乳石等石文化景观。[7][4]

据《顺昌县志》，清宣统三年（1911年）杨丙羊曾在天台山上武装起义。[7]

荣誉[edit]

洋口镇是省级生态乡镇、省级森林城镇和省级文明乡镇。2021年，镇上获评南平市平安乡村建设示范乡镇，并获得福建省2018至2020年度省级文明乡镇称号。[1]

著名人物[edit]

张胆，原名张举华，字芸生，1905年生于洋口镇石溪村，是中共广西柳州支部的创始人，1927年在南宁就义。[1][8]
