双溪街道位于福建省南平市顺昌县西南部，是县城所在地，地处闽江上游富屯溪与金溪的汇合处。街道由原双溪镇与水南镇合并设立，境内的华阳山与合掌岩是两处主要景点。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网记载，此地镇名前后有过变化：1940年起称双溪，1956年一度为城关，1981年才重新定为双溪镇。[6]

1984年，水南一带由公社改制为镇。双溪镇、水南镇两个建制于2005年被撤销，代之以双溪街道，百度百科与维基百科均记为这一年。[1][5] 博雅地名网的街道概况则作2006年4月合并成立，它的村页与社区页又作2006年5月，三处日期并不一致。[7]

2008年，街道党工委先后获南平市委、福建省委授予「先进基层党组织」表彰。[7]

地理环境[edit]

街道东面与洋口镇相接，西面连着元坑镇，西南与郑坊镇交界，北面则与大干镇、埔上镇为邻。[2]

顺昌县人民政府网站载，全街道林地有174222亩，占辖区的65.47%；森林覆盖率为73.5%。[2] 博雅地名网的街道页另作辖区面积181.3平方千米，与政府网站的177.38平方千米不同，此处以政府网站为准。[6][7]

顺昌县人民政府网站（该页发布于2025年1月）载，户籍6.08万人之外，常住人口为7.63万人。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

华阳山在街道北部，位于县城西北约6公里处，背靠九龙山，山脚与下沙、吉舟两村相接，也与埔上镇的连坑村交界。景区面积约12平方千米，以峰峦、瀑布、古树和藤蔓著称，山上有800多年的细柄阿丁枫。[3][4]

顺昌县人民政府网站称华阳山为国家4A级旅游景区；百度百科则说明，该景区的质量等级已被取消，景区正准备重新申报。两说的时间不同，写作时各注出处。[3][4]

九龙湖坝上的九龙廊桥建于2005年，是木拱廊桥，桥长99米，为福建省非物质文化遗产。山脚下的华阳寺据载始建于宋代，1994年新修。[3]

合掌岩在街道西部的西大垄，又名仙岩，距县城5公里，主峰海拔551.7米。山里的西峰寺可上溯到元大德二年（1298年）建寺的时候，1366年才改称西安寺。2003年起，西安寺住持带领僧众在山体上开凿石窟，全长173米，佛像雕刻则从2005年开始。[9]

街道内的县级文物保护单位，据博雅地名网所列，有以下几处：水南村的龙头岩摩崖石刻（宋代），余墩村的亨龙塔（宋代）、白龙泉石拱桥与亨龙岭伸臂石板桥（均为明代），城东村的龙山红军烈士墓（现代）与顺昌龙山塔（清代），吉舟村的马仙台遗址（新石器时代），以及不属某村的南津门（明清）。[8]

遗址所在的马仙台山，位于吉舟村西北面约500米处。遗址占地约3000平方米，地表拾得石斧、石箭镞和沙陶器残片，被认定为新石器时代的聚落遗址。[10]

东门大桥头的龙山上立有顺昌革命烈士纪念碑，为纪念1933年9月东方军发起顺昌攻城战时牺牲的红军队长李春仁及70余名突击队员而建。[11]
