历史沿革[edit]
宋元时此地称崇洛里，博雅地名网另记其属三衢里辖区。明初洪武十四年（1381年），崇洛、钦仁与东田三里归并为一，统称洛田里。[1][2]
新中国成立后，此地划入彭墩区；1956年改隶将口区，1958年起作为将口公社的一部分，1962年成立崇雒人民公社，1984年10月撤公社而设崇雒乡。[1][2]
乡下辖的雒新社区始建于2018年。[2]
2021年2月，乡入选福建省2018至2020年度省级文明村镇社区名单；2022年10月，乡被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[2]
地名由来[edit]
乡名有两说。一说境内形如船只，洛水在街尾积成一潭，风水先生为使“船”留住，在潭前架了一座锁形拱桥，故称重洛，后雅化为崇雒；另一说地势以洪山为屏、洛水为隘口，由“洪”“洛”两字演变而来。[2]
地理环境[edit]
乡境在建阳区的东北部：东边邻回龙乡与水吉镇，南边靠童游街道，西侧挨着将口镇，北侧与武夷山市的五夫镇相接。[1][2]
博雅地名网记，全乡林业用地13.89万亩、耕地2.3万亩，森林覆盖率为71%。百度百科则记行政区域面积为126.46平方千米。境内属亚热带季风性湿润气候。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]
宋慈墓位于崇雒村昌茂坊，是南宋法医学家宋慈的墓地，墓冢为石砌圆形。该墓于1961年列为福建省第一批省级文物保护单位。[4][5]
如是寺位于莲源山，时代为清代，博雅地名网载其为县级文物保护单位。[2]
