桔坑村在漳墩镇西部，离镇政府5公里，离建阳55公里。[1]村名的来历是此地过去盛产大桔，即柚子。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地原为建瓯县特区漳墩乡下的桔坑保。1940年划归水吉县漳墩乡，1951年改隶回龙区漳墩乡。1958年成立桔坑大队，1984年设立桔坑村村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域耕地3283亩，山地42623亩；山地中毛竹林约2000亩。[1]
