康屯村位于漳墩镇东部，距镇政府26公里，距建阳76公里，地处建阳、建瓯、政和三地之间。[1]村名因康姓开基建村而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1988年改设康屯村村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域总面积8100亩，其中耕地957亩，山地7818亩；山地中有毛竹林1320亩，茶园330亩，锥栗150亩。[1]
