杭下村位于漳墩镇南部，距镇政府10公里，距建阳69公里，三面环山。[1]村名的来历是此村位于邻村杭头的下方。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地先前属漳墩乡。1951年曾设杭下乡，1958年改为漳墩乡下的杭下大队，1984年设杭下村村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域耕地3054亩，水旱地339亩，山地2634.6亩，其中毛竹林2000亩。[1]
