概况[edit]
村内有7个自然村，村民小组10个，计390户、1605人[2][3]。村中耕地3348亩[3]，麻阳溪自境内流过，村中通有公路与电话[3]。
陈家塘与灌溉[edit]
明清时期，村民在坝头自然村与外墩村之间修建了一座约50亩的蓄水塘，名「陈家塘」，引河水灌溉河东北2000余亩土地，村中因此富庶[3]。当时村中人称「江坝街」，每五天一次集市，南北货、布匹、理发、小吃等商店有10余家[3]。庙会、木偶戏、说书等民间文艺活动也很活跃[3]。
产业[edit]
村中淮山种植普遍，本村农户联营办起两个淮山加工厂，鲜薯与成品半成品销往南平、三明、福州、厦门等地[3]。2023年12月，江坝村获认定为「2023年度福建省一村一品专业村」，主导产品为淮山[2]。
历史沿革[edit]
解放前，江坝隶属麻沙乡，称江坝保。新中国成立后改设江坝乡，此后划归麻沙公社，成为江坝大队；1984年改设江坝村村民委员会[2]。
