地名由来[edit]
村名的来历有一个传说：宋代有人骑马经过此地，马伏在地上不肯再走，村因此得名。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
2023年2月，马伏村入选「第三批福建省高级版绿盈乡村」名单；2024年1月，被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2025年11月，被认定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[2]
经济[edit]
村中主要产业为西洋菜种植与肉鸽养殖。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
朱熹曾在村中创建寒泉精舍，并编撰《近思录》。村内现存祝夫人墓与云庄书院的遗迹，寒泉精舍文化园也在村中。[1]
祝夫人墓是朱熹母亲的墓，乾道六年（1170年）葬于此地，1992年列为县级文物保护单位。[3]
