东山村位于福建省南平市建阳区莒口镇北部，距建阳城区约30公里。村南为西山，村北为云谷山，两山隔村相望。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1988年4月，考古人员在村西北的老虎窠发现青铜器时代遗址，遗物分布面积约3300平方米。[1]

清光绪元年（1875年），西班牙籍骆神父在巧源村购置民房，开办天主教堂，天主教由此传入建阳。[1]

淳熙二年（1175年），朱熹于云谷山营建晦庵草堂，蔡元定则在西山另建精舍，二人同在山林间讲学著书。[1][4]

2024年1月，东山村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2024年6月，列入「第四批福建省高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[5]

经济[edit]

村中主导产业以烟叶、粮食、食用菌和蔬菜为主。村内岩下一带土质适宜种大蒜，当地称所产为“岩下大蒜”。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

云谷山位于村北，海拔999.3米。朱熹曾在山上居住著书，写下《云谷记》，山中还有宋理宗御书“庐峰”等摩崖石刻。[1][4]

“西山”“庐峰”摩崖石刻分别刻在西山南崖与云谷山南涧的岩石上，为宋代遗存，属县级文物保护单位，2026年公布了保护范围。[2][3]
