长埂村位于福建省南平市建阳区莒口镇东北部，在西山东麓的丘陵谷地上，海拔约170米，下辖12个自然村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村名得自一道石砌的溪埂。昔时这道溪埂长达数百米，从村尾延伸到东山，是交通要道。[1]
姓氏宗族[edit]
村中姓氏以刘、徐、傅、谢为主。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
2016年12月，长埂村入选「第四批中国传统村落」名录。2021年12月，被认定为「南平市绿盈乡村中级版村庄」。2022年10月，经福建省农业农村厅认定，成为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2024年1月，被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。2024年6月，入选「第四批福建省高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
莒口屏山书院位于村内，建筑年代为清代，为县级文物保护单位。[2]
