彭墩村是建阳区崇泰街道的一个行政村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
建村之初彭姓人家较多，村名因此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
2022年2月23日起，彭墩村归崇泰街道管辖；此前的2003年后属童游街道，1984年由彭墩大队改为彭墩村，属童游乡。[2]
1949年5月建阳解放后，经土地改革，建立彭墩乡人民政府，属二区（将口）。1958年彭墩大队属城关公社。[2]
明清时期村地属崇仁德里。民国时期先设彭墩乡，后改为联保，民国30年曾为试范乡，由县政府直接管辖。[2]
文化[edit]
彭墩高照灯创制于明代，高约10米，20世纪90年代得到挖掘和宏扬，遇重大节日表演庆贺。[1]
经济[edit]
村民主要种植水稻、莲子、泽泻、烟叶，从事林木管护，也跑运输或外出打工。[1]
2023年9月发布的征地区片通知中，彭墩村属崇泰街道。[3]
